Nevada Revised Statutes Title 10. Property Rights and Transactions § 119B.220. Offer or sale of membership without permit and broker prohibited

Except as provided in NRS 119B.120, a person shall not offer to sell or sell in this state any membership in a campground unless the person:

1. Holds a permit to do so issued by the Administrator; and

2. Designates and uses a broker of record to sell the membership.
