Any person who willfully submits, in the application for a permit to sell time shares or an application for a sales agent's license, any materially false or misleading information or fails to submit an annual report on a program for the exchange of occupancy rights among owners or with the owners of time shares in other time-share plans, or both, is guilty of a misdemeanor.
