A description of a time share is a legally sufficient description of the time share and all rights, obligations and interests appurtenant to that time share that were created by the time-share plan if the description includes, without limitation:
1. The name under which the time-share plan is registered with the Division;
2. The county in which the project is located;
3. Information which indicates where the time-share instruments are recorded; and
4. The permanent identifying number of the time share as set forth in the time-share instruments.
