Any subdivision which has been registered under the Interstate Land Sales Full Disclosure Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 1701 to 1720, inclusive, is subject to all of the requirements of this chapter, except that its developer may file with the Division a copy of an effective statement of record filed with the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development. To the extent that the information contained in the effective statement of record provides the Division with information required under this chapter, the effective statement of record may substitute for information otherwise required under this chapter.
