Nevada Revised Statutes Title 10. Property Rights and Transactions § 116.605. Commission for Common-Interest Communities and Condominium Hotels: Courses of instruction for members

The Division shall employ one or more training officers who are qualified by training and experience to provide to each member of the Commission courses of instruction concerning rules of procedure and substantive law appropriate for members of the Commission. Such courses of instruction may be made available to the staff of the Division as well as to community managers.
