Nevada Revised Statutes Title 10. Property Rights and Transactions § 116.31069. Establishment and maintenance of Internet website or electronic portal

Each association of a common-interest community that contains 150 or more units shall establish and maintain a secure Internet website or electronic portal that may be accessed by any unit's owner. The association shall make available on the website or within the electronic portal the following documents relating to the common-interest community or the association:
