Nevada Revised Statutes Title 10. Property Rights and Transactions § 111.799. Transfers not testamentary or subject to estate administration; effective with or without consideration

A transfer resulting from the application of NRS 111.795 is effective by reason of the terms of the account involved and NRS 111.783 to 111.815, inclusive, and is not testamentary or subject to estate administration. Nonprobate transfers are effective with or without consideration.
