New Mexico Territorial Laws and Treaties NM TERR LAWS KEARNY CODE JURORS § 8

No grand juror shall disclose any evidence given before the grand jury, nor the name of any witness who appeared before them, nor that any indictment has been found, nor been  1 any member of the grand jury voted on any question, nor what was said by any juror, except when lawfully required to testify in relation thereto.
