New Mexico Territorial Laws and Treaties NM TERR LAWS KEARNY CODE FEES § 5

Clerks of the superior court shall receive the following fees: for every writ, one dollar. For taking bond and issuing supersedeas, one dollar. For supersedeas alone, fifty cents. For filing transcript and docketing a case, fifty cents. For filing assignment or joinder of error, twenty-five cents. For recording the opinion of the court when acquired  1 so to do, for every one hundred words, ten cents. For copies of the same with certificates, for every one hundred words, ten cents. For certified copies of counsel's briefs, for every one hundred words, ten cents. For retaxing any bill of costs to be paid by the clerk whose bill is retaxed, one dollar. For every other service to be performed by said clerks, they shall be allowed the same fees that are allowed to clerks of the circuit court for similar services.
