New Mexico Territorial Laws and Treaties NM TERR LAWS KEARNY CODE CRIMES & PUNISHMENTS Art. III, § 10

If three or more persons shall assemble together with intent to do any unlawful act against the peace, and to the terror of the people or having lawfully assembled, shall make any movement or preparation to do such act, they shall on conviction pay a fine not exceeding fifty dollars and not less than five dollars each.
