New Mexico Statutes Chapter 74. Environmental Improvement § 74-13-10. Solid waste permit exemption

A person operating a tire recycling facility under a permit issued pursuant to the Recycling and Illegal Dumping Act shall not be required to obtain a permit for that facility pursuant to the Solid Waste Act.
