New Mexico Statutes Chapter 74. Environmental Improvement § 74-10-14. Election resolution

The board shall call any election by resolution as prescribed in the Local Election Act.  1 The resolution shall recite the objects and purposes of the election and indicate the general or regular local election on which the ballot question shall appear or specify the date a special election will be held.
