The Uniform Prudent Management of Institutional Funds Act applies to institutional funds existing on or established after July 1, 2009. As applied to institutional funds existing on July 1, 2009, the Uniform Prudent Management of Institutional Funds Act governs only decisions made or actions taken on or after July 1, 2009. Decisions made and actions taken before July 1, 2009 are governed by the Uniform Management of Institutional Funds Act as if that act had not been repealed.
