New Mexico Statutes Chapter 46. Fiduciaries and Trusts § 46-4-9. Termination of trust

Any such trust may be terminated by agreement of the trustees and the authority of the beneficiary having power to accept the trust under the provisions of Section 2 of this enactment; provided that there may be no termination while there exists any outstanding obligation chargeable against the trust property, which by reason of such termination, might become an obligation of the trustees or of the beneficiary.
