All acts and parts of acts in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this act shall apply to all instruments now on file in the state land office and which pertain to oil and gas rights in state lands, but nothing contained herein shall be construed to deprive any person or corporation of any valid and existing right acquired in good faith through compliance with or the operation of any law in effect prior to the passage of this act.
