New Mexico Statutes Chapter 19. Public Lands § 19-10-34. System of records; indexing; public inspection

The commissioner is authorized and directed to provide and install as soon as possible after the passage of this act a full and complete system of records and books in his office for carrying out the provisions of this act and shall provide for the full and complete indexing of such records, and such records and indices shall be open for inspection by the public during the business hours of the office under such reasonable rules and regulations as may be prescribed by the commissioner.
