New Jersey Statutes Title 58. Waters and Water Supply 58 § 11-9.7

The physical connection provided for in section two of this act  1 shall be inspected by the engineers or inspectors of the State Department, by the local board of health whose approved public potable water supply may be affected, or, by the owner of the approved public potable water supply which may be affected.
