New Jersey Statutes Title 54. Taxation 54 § 5-104.59

a. All costs and fees in the action shall be equitably apportioned and allocated to the several parcels of land affected by the action, and added to the amount required to redeem.

b. For the purposes of this section “all costs and fees” includes all costs incurred for a standard title search and all reasonable attorney fees incurred in the action.
