New Jersey Statutes Title 54. Taxation 54 § 1-35.46

The provisions of R.S. 54:4-66 and R.S. 54:4-67 to the contrary notwithstanding, for a municipality which has implemented a revaluation phase-in program pursuant to this act, the Director of the Division of Local Government Services in the Department of Community Affairs may order that the third installment of taxes shall be payable in the revaluation year on a date other than that set forth in those statutes and shall not be deemed delinquent until the tenth calendar day following the new date.
