Conveyances by a sheriff or other officer or auditor in attachment, made pursuant to a decree, judgment, execution or order of a court, having indorsed thereon or added thereto the affidavit and approval required by section 2:75-7 1 of the title Administration of Civil and Criminal Justice, may be recorded although not acknowledged or proved in the manner prescribed by this title; and any such record shall be of the same force and effect as if such conveyance had been duly acknowledged or proved prior to the recording thereof.
