New Jersey Statutes Title 46. Property 46 § 8-28.4

This amendatory and supplementary act  1 shall not affect any current proceedings, liabilities or penalties involving violations of the sections amended or repealed by this amendatory and supplementary act. All such proceedings, liabilities or penalties existing on the effective date of this amendatory and supplementary act shall be commenced or continued and be proceeded with in all respects as if the section had not been amended or repealed.
