Overseers and deputies 1 shall keep a book setting forth therein all moneys, goods and materials received by them, when and by whom received, and to whom paid out and delivered and, in addition thereto, a separate book of orders for relief, with stubs attached. The printed order and stubs shall show the name, residence, when issued, the amount and kind of relief expended, and by whom issued and delivered. The order shall be indorsed by the recipient and the person furnishing such relief as made.
