New Jersey Statutes Title 43. Pensions and Retirement and Unemployment Compensation 43 § 9A-4

In determining the years of service of any such clerk or deputy clerk for the purpose of this act,  1 the years of service of such person as clerk and assistant clerk of a district court of a city within such county, prior to the date when this act becomes operative, shall be counted.
