Sections 43:6-1 to 43:6-7, both inclusive, of the Revised Statutes, 1 and “An act concerning the retirement upon pension of certain judicial officers, and supplementing article 1 of chapter 6 of Title 43 of the Revised Statutes,” approved February 15, 1946 (P.L.1946, c. 6), 2 “An act concerning the annual pension of certain retired Vice-Chancellors,” approved September 13, 1948 (P.L.1948, c. 392), 3 “An act concerning the retirement of certain judicial officers and payments to be made as a result thereof,” approved September 13, 1948 (P.L.1948, c. 393), 4 and “An act for the pensioning of certain standing advisory masters of the former court of chancery,” approved May 28, 1949 (P.L.1949, c. 260) 5 are repealed and no pensions may be hereafter granted under the provisions of any of such acts. Any pensions heretofore granted under the provisions of any of such acts shall be continued in the same manner and under the same conditions as originally granted.
