Any system of truck routes established pursuant to any such ordinance shall provide suitable connection with all State routes entering and leaving such municipality. No State highway route shall be designated as part of such system of truck routes, nor shall any such truck be excluded from any State highway route without the approval of the State Highway Commissioner. 1 No county road shall be designated as part of such system of truck routes, nor shall any such truck be excluded from any county road without the approval of the board of chosen freeholders of the county.
