New Jersey Statutes Title 40. Municipalities and Counties 40 § 34A-3

The period of usefulness of every off-street parking facility for any purpose under the local bond law,  1 whether with respect to original acquisition or construction or subsequent reconstruction, enlargement, alteration, improvement, furnishing, or equipment shall be not greater than 30 years.
