L.1884, c. 31, p. 44 (C.S. pp. 5476 to 5485, §§ 191 to 204, 209, 210, 212 to 217), entitled “An act to enable incorporated towns to construct water works for the extinguishment of fires, and supplying the inhabitants thereof with pure and wholesome water,” passed March fifth, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-four, together with the following amendments thereof and supplements thereto approved on the following dates, saved from repeal.
