Any person and any agent or servant of such person, who knowingly files with the fund or the association or either of them, any notice, statement or other document required under this act, which is false or untrue or contains any material misstatement of fact shall be subject to a penalty as provided in section 5 of P.L.1983, c. 320 (C.17:33A-5) and damages as provided in section 7 of P.L.1983, c. 320 (C.17:33A-7).
