New Jersey Statutes Title 39. Motor Vehicles and Traffic Regulation 39 § 6-90.1

In the event any section, term or provision of this act or of the act to which this act is amendatory and supplementary  1 shall be adjudged invalid for any reason, such judgment shall not affect, impair or invalidate any other section, term or provision of said acts, but the remaining sections, terms and provisions shall be and remain in full force and effect.
