New Jersey Statutes Title 38A. Military and Veterans Law 38A § 3-34

A Vietnam veteran upon being accepted to pursue a course of study for an initial undergraduate degree at an independent college or university located in the State shall be entitled to tuition assistance, while enrolled as a student in good standing at that college or university, in an amount as determined by the Department of Military and Veterans' Affairs pursuant to section 17 of this act, but in an amount not more than the tuition charged at Rutgers, The State University.
