Within 15 calendar days after an election other than a general election or three days after the certification of the results of that election, whichever occurs later, or in the case of a general election on the day of the certification of the results of the general election, the county board of election in each county shall prepare a report which lists by election district, and includes a county wide total by category for, the number of emergency ballots, including any spoiled, void, or invalid emergency ballots, used in the election. The report shall be a government record that is available for public inspection and copying pursuant to the provisions of P.L.1963, c. 73 (C.47:1A-1 et seq.).
