New Jersey Statutes Title 19. Elections 19 § 48-3.3

In each county of the first class and each county of the second class in which voting machines of the type to meet the requirements of subtitle fifteen of Title 19 of the Revised Statutes  1 have not been furnished by the board of chosen freeholders for use at all elections in all election districts in said county, such voting machines shall be provided by the State House Commission for use in all election districts of each said county in the manner provided by this act.  2
