Rev.1877, p. 967, §§ 60 to 64 (C.S. p. 4337, §§ 63 to 67), entitled “An act relative to the property of the unincorporated Society of Friends in this state,” passed February eleventh, one thousand eight hundred and thirty-six, saved from repeal. [This act provided for the division of real and personal property on division or separation in the unincorporated Society of Friends.]
