New Jersey Statutes Title 16. Corporations and Associations, Religious 16 § 2-10

Whenever any religious society of the Baptist denomination has incorporated trustees under the provisions of article 1 of chapter 1 of this title (§ 16:1-1 et seq.), it may increase the number of such trustees at any election held pursuant to section 16:1-9 of this title, after notice of the intention to elect the additional trustees, given in the manner and for the time prescribed in section 16:1-1 of this title, by electing an additional number of persons, not exceeding fifteen, trustees.
