New Jersey Statutes Appendix - Former Title 3A Administration of Estates Decedents and Others 3A § 7-8

If it appear that the security given by a fiduciary at the time of appointment was insufficient or has become insufficient or the sureties appear to be in dubious or failing circumstances or insufficient for the security of the estate, the court wherein the fiduciary is accountable may order the fiduciary to give such other or further security to the superior court, by bond in the usual form, and such other sureties as the court, after hearing persons interested, including creditors, shall approve.
