No bond heretofore given by any fiduciary for the faithful performance, by him, of the duties of his office as such fiduciary, to any court or to any judicial officer, or clerk of any court abolished by the Constitution of 1947, shall be invalidated by reason of the abolition of any such court, judicial or clerical office, but the same shall remain in full force and effect, and if forfeited, may be prosecuted in accordance with the provisions of this article.
