New Jersey Statutes Appendix - Former Title 3A Administration of Estates Decedents and Others 3A § 7-11

After deposit has been made pursuant to section 3A:7-10 of this title, the court may fix the amount of the bond with respect to the value of the remainder only of the estate or fund, or in case all of said estate or fund is so deposited, then in such amount as the court shall determine to be sufficient under the circumstances.
