New Jersey Statutes Appendix - Former Title 3A Administration of Estates Decedents and Others 3A § 24-24

When real estate is sold pursuant to this article and the sale is confirmed by the court directing the sale, the judgment or order confirming the sale or a certified copy thereof shall be conclusive evidence in all courts of the validity of the proceedings for sale and of the fulfillment of statutory requirements.

Such judgment or order may be set aside or reversed by appropriate proceedings for that purpose; but no such proceedings shall affect a bona fide purchaser, and the purchaser, his heirs and assigns, after delivery of the deed, shall hold the real estate so purchased, notwithstanding such setting aside or reversal and notwithstanding any defect in the proceedings for sale.
