New Jersey Statutes Appendix - Former Title 3A Administration of Estates Decedents and Others 3A § 24-15

A creditor may sue on a bond taken by a fiduciary pursuant to section 3A:24-14 of this title, in the same manner and with like effect as if the original executor or administrator had made payment or distribution directly and himself taken such bond.
