New Jersey Statutes Appendix - Former Title 3A Administration of Estates Decedents and Others 3A § 19-3

The proceeds of a sale and conveyance of real estate pursuant to section 3A:19-2 of this title shall be accounted for and paid over by the fiduciary in the manner in which and to the persons to whom he would have been required to account for and pay over the proceeds of the mortgage or the trust funds used by him to acquire the real estate.
