1. That the boundaries [boundary] lines, to wit: the easterly and northerly boundary lines of the county of Bergen, in the waters of the Hudson river; the easterly and southerly boundary lines of the county of Hudson, in the waters of the Hudson river, New York bay and the Kill von Kull sound; the easterly boundary line of the county of Union, in the waters of the Arthur Kill or Staten Island sound; the easterly boundary line of the county of Middlesex, in the waters of the Arthur Kill or Staten Island sound and the northerly boundary line of said county in Raritan bay; the northerly boundary line in the county of Monmouth, in the waters of Raritan bay to the main sea; be and the same are hereby fixed and established as the boundary lines of the said counties, in the waters hereinbefore named, as located, marked out and agreed upon by the joint boundary line commissioners aforesaid, and as shown on the maps accompanying said agreements.
