New Jersey Acts Saved from Repeal ACTS SAVED 40 § 18-4(42.1)

1. That the commissioners appointed under the act to which this is a supplement, and who have ascertained and established a portion of the boundary line between the counties of Bergen and Passaic, shall proceed without unnecessary delay to establish and mark the remainder of such boundary line, and within four months after the taking effect of this act shall complete such work, and file in the office of the secretary of state the survey required to be made and filed by the act to which this is a supplement.
