New Jersey Acts Saved from Repeal ACTS SAVED 40 § 160-3(19)

12. That when such board of election shall have been organized, and before they shall receive any vote, it shall be the duty of the judge and each inspector of election to take an oath or affirmation, to be administered by the clerk of the board, that they will faithfully and impartially execute the duties required of them by law.
