North Dakota Century Code Title 55. State Historical Society and State Parks § 55-08-07.1. State parks and recreation concession revolving fund

a. Procurement and maintenance of an inventory of food, nonintoxicating beverages, and other merchandise and supplies of a suitable nature for the operation of concession stands, including payment of costs and travel expenses necessarily incurred to obtain or sell such items.

b. Repair, replacement, construction, and maintenance of concession buildings, facilities, and properties contained therein.
