Before discharge the superintendent of the life skills and transition center shall meet with the parent, guardian, legal custodian, or care team of the:
1. Individual served to be discharged, or with the court that ordered the individual served to receive services at the life skills and transition center pursuant to section 25-04-06.
2. Noneligible individual to be discharged.
