Montana Title 81. Livestock § 81-9-113. Fees for inspection

The state or deputy state stock inspector making the inspection required by 81-9-112 shall collect a fee established by the department for each head inspected, plus all necessary expenses. State stock inspectors shall promptly remit all fees and expenses collected under this section to the department for deposit in the state special revenue fund. Deputy state stock inspectors shall keep their fees and expenses.
