Montana Title 81. Livestock § 81-8-305. Department of livestock not responsible for collection or payment of money under security agreements

The department of livestock, its agents and employees, are not responsible or liable to either debtor or secured party for the collection or payment of any money due the holder of any security agreement covering livestock or renewals, satisfactions, or assignments thereof as provided in this part, if this part is carried out in good faith.
