Montana Title 81. Livestock § 81-8-258. Records and reports

Each livestock market shall keep accounts, records, and memoranda and shall make reports which the board requires, and the board and its authorized agents and employees shall at all times have access to the accounts, records, and memoranda for inspection and examination.
