Montana Title 81. Livestock § 81-1-302. Duties of administrator

The administrator, subject to the rules of the board, may act for and perform the duties imposed by law on the board when the board is not in session, but any order or regulation promulgated by the administrator is subject to review, modification, or annulment by the board.
