Montana Title 72. Estates, Trusts, and Fiduciary Relationships § 72-1-311. Affidavit or verified petition as evidence in uncontested proceedings

In any probate matter, an affidavit or verified petition must be received as evidence when offered in an uncontested proceeding under this title.
